Main responsibilities:
Accounting

Data entry for invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations

Monitoring accounts payable and receivable

Periodic financial reporting

Bi-weekly payroll and accounting entries

Preparing documents for audits and budget support
Administration

Answering calls and providing customer support

Filing, formatting, and follow-up of files

Ordering supplies and coordinating the office

General administrative support to the team
Requirements:

DEC in accounting or administrative techniques

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software

Discretion, autonomy, and attention to detail

Strong communication and priority management skills
