Main responsibilities:
Accounting

  • Data entry for invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations

  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable

  • Periodic financial reporting

  • Bi-weekly payroll and accounting entries

  • Preparing documents for audits and budget support

Administration

  • Answering calls and providing customer support

  • Filing, formatting, and follow-up of files

  • Ordering supplies and coordinating the office

  • General administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • DEC in accounting or administrative techniques

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software

  • Discretion, autonomy, and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and priority management skills
